Brooke Roberts and Adam Tibbetts’s love story started on the dance floor, and their ever-after began at their Integrity Hills wedding.

As in most fairy tales, when Adam Tibbetts met Brooke Roberts, he asked her to dance.

“I was out with a girlfriend at a country concert and he was entertaining some of his customers for work,” Brooke says. “The night had wrapped up, and I was packing up my bag when someone came behind me, grabbed my hand and said, ‘You weren’t going to leave here without dancing with me, were you?’ And that was that.”

Their first dance led to a first date, and then a second date, when Adam asked Brooke to accompany him to visit a cousin in a town she thought was a suburb. The town ended up being two hours away, and the date ended up lasting 13 hours. She loved every minute of it.

They were traveling again on a trip to Virginia when the pair went on a hike up a mountain to an overlook. The couple saw a few teenage girls and asked them to take their picture, and Adam seized the moment. He quickly got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. “It absolutely blew my mind, and I couldn’t have felt more loved in that moment,” she says.

The moment passed, and four months later, the couple wed on October 11, 2015, at The Chapel at Integrity Hills in Branson. The day was a rustic but glittering affair, featuring opulent purples and notes of gold and orange throughout. Guests signed a wooden guestbook, and the bride dazzled in a sheath dress with sheer sleeves and sparkling details.

Natural elements were the star of The Stables reception. Purple and champagne blooms in tall glass vases and fresh greenery with candles lined long harvest tables. A white cake with a glittering custom cake topper was even adorned with fresh flowers. The day’s details seemed as natural a fit as Brooke and Adam.

And like most fairy tales, the bride and groom left the reception in a horse-drawn carriage.

Rustic Romance: 1. Sarah Rein with Branson Party Rentals created the wedding’s gorgeous flower arrangements. 2. Brooke and her mother, Gayla Roberts, put the finishing touches on her look at Cedar Creek Spa before the ceremony. The bride’s loose waves in a gentle updo softened her wedding day look, perfect for a rustic but romantic ceremony. 3. Lindsey Rae Robinson designed the custom wedding invitations. 4. No details were forgotten on the big day, including sparkling “Mr.” and “Mrs.” signs hanging on the back of the bride and groom’s chairs.

Wedding day details: 1. Mulberry Ann Taylor dresses and crisp gray tuxedos adorned the wedding party. The bride’s modern but romantic sheath dress featured dazzling sheer sleeves. 2. Arrangements bursting with subdued colors towered over long harvest tables. Fresh greenery and delicate candles lined the table to balance the opulent arrangements. 3. Guests danced the night away while celebrating the new Mr. and Mrs. 4. To match the sophisticated but rustic feel of the wedding, the guestbook table featured opulent florals, a golden monogram and a wooden guestbook for guests to sign.

Happily ever after: After nearly two and a half years together, Brooke and Adam left their Big Cedar wedding reception in a horse-drawn carriage.
