The smoked tomato soup is knock-your-socks-off delicious. College of the Ozarks students grow produce and raise meat to use in the restaurant, so the menu has a very farm-to-table quality. Try the hickory smoked prime rib Thursday through Saturday. Don’t miss the chocolate cobbler for dessert. The Keeter Center also has a creamery that offers up some delightful homemade ice creams and sorbets. Brunch on Sundays.
