Step inside the Vandivort Hotel and turn left for a downtown-Springfield dining experience not to be missed. The atmosphere is trendy but relaxed while the food is an elevated take on locally inspired dishes. Try the Springfield-style cashew chicken bites, the Hurts Donut bread pudding or any of the elevated, excellent entrees. You can also grab brunch at The Order every Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m.–2 p.m.
