About TLC Properties
TLC Properties was founded in May of 1988 by Sam and Carol Coryell. The Coryells had a dream to own their own business and broke into real estate by purchasing a small ten-unit apartment complex. They quickly recognized the opportunities multi-family rentals provided them and decided that this would be their niche in the rental market. The Coryells began to aggressively pursue multi-family development and over the past 30 years have grown to manage 23 multi-family apartment communities consisting of 3,620 units!
TLC Properties has always been a family-owned business run by a team of professionals working toward one common goal: to provide the Springfield area with high-quality multi-family housing and a place to call home. TLC builds communities with its customers in mind. Whether it’s location, price, variety of floor plans or their pet-friendly culture, there is something for everyone at one of the many properties managed by TLC.
What does the future hold for TLC? Even more growth! The Coryells intend to continue building new properties, with plans to expand beyond Springfield. By the year 2020, they hope to add 1,159 new units. With the help of TLC Properties, even more people will have a place to call home.
