Boz’s Berry Farm

Fun for the whole family is the motto behind Boz’s Berry Farm. The strawberries here are grown without pesticides or insecticides, so you can feel good about plucking a fresh one straight off the vine for a quick snack. In addition to strawberries, Boz’s also sells homemade jams; fresh, free-range eggs; and, as of this season, locally produced natural honey. Before heading home, don’t forget to try one of the famous strawberry slushes as a reward for all your hard work.
Strawberries: $3.00 per pound plus tax for U-pick or $4.00 per pound plus tax for pre-picked

Brown’s Berry Farm

Celebrating their 23rd season this year, the Browns know an early start is key to picking the best strawberries and for staying cool while you’re at it. That’s why the gates open each day at 7 a.m. Throughout the strawberry season, the farm also offers potted flowers and hanging baskets for sale, along with freshly made baked goods like bread, cakes and pies. In late June, the family kicks off blackberry season, which runs until mid-July.
Strawberries: $2.50 per pound for U-pick or $3.50 per pound for pre-picked

Crafty Farms

At Crafty Farms, strawberry season gets an extension with the help of everbearing strawberry plants. This means you could be biting into ripe strawberries all the way into early October. In addition to strawberries, Crafty’s also offers U-pick fruits like blueberries, blackberries and raspberries, along with fresh garden vegetables, herbs and flowers for sale. 
Strawberries: $2.50 per pound for U-pick or $3.25 per pound for pre-picked

High’s Berry Farm

Family-owned and operated, High’s Berry Farm makes the U-pick process a fun experience for the whole family. Conveniently located just south of Ozark, the farm opens early and closes late so you’re sure to snag all the juicy strawberries your heart desires any time of the day. The farm keeps pre-picked berries on hand for last minute shoppers, but call ahead for large orders.
Strawberries: $3.25 per pound plus tax for U-pick or $4.25 per pound plus tax for pre-picked

Simpson’s Family Farm

For a typical strawberry farm, berry season starts in May and lasts through the first few weeks of June. But at Simpson’s Family Farm, they’re just getting started. Although the ruby red berries are the stars of the show, the family also prepares a vegetable garden each year. Fresh veggies like cucumbers and tomatoes are offered throughout the summer to visitors of the farm. Be sure to call ahead; the family says they don’t last long.
Strawberries: $2.15 per pound for U-Pick or $3.15 per pound for pre-picked

Miller’s Berry Farm

Miller’s Berry Farm offers blackberries and green beans throughout the summer as U-pick options. If you’re craving a berry fix but don’t have time to pick for yourself, make a stop by the farmers market in Marshfield. The farm sells fresh produce there on Friday afternoons from 3–7 p.m. Follow the farm’s Facebook page for updates on availability.
