What three words define your personal style?
Refined, classic, polished.
Where do you find inspiration for your closet?
Fashion magazines. I still love flipping through actual magazines and organizing the things I find and tear out.
What is your favorite fashion trend right now?
Understated jackets that pull together a look and add layers.
Who are your fashion role models?
Tom Ford, Ralph Lauren, Karl Lagerfeld and Marc Jacobs.
What person—public figure or private citizen—would make your best dressed list?
Tom Ford.
What’s your signature piece?
My shoes. They can make or break an outfit.
If you could wear one brand or designer for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
Ralph Lauren. It’s timeless and classic, and their many collections are versatile and can be mixed.
What is the most embarrassing thing you’ve ever worn?
Baggy cargo shorts with oversized dress shirts.
What are your favorite places to shop in 417-land?
Town & County and Banana Republic.
What one item is on your wish list for this year?
I’m looking for the perfect pair of dress boots.
