Up in Smoke Spiced Winter Cocktail
The Up in Smoke from Flame Steakhouse is a sweet cocktail that has an aftertaste of walnuts and cayenne. This oh-so-chocolatey libation is bound to satisfy your sweet and spicy cravings.

Serves 1
Ingredients
1½ ounces mezcal
1 ounce walnut liquor
3 ounces chilled hot chocolate
Cayenne pepper for dusting
Whipped cream for serving
Agave syrup
To Prepare
Combine mezcal, walnut liquor and chilled hot chocolate in a shaker. Lightly shake so you do not dilute the thick chocolate. Strain into your mug or glass. Garnish with whipped cream, a pinch of cayenne and a drizzle of agave syrup. (To make this a hot beverage, use the same method but with hot chocolate.)
